In Case You Receive Wrong Design –

If You Receive wrong/broken design file Contact US with your query. We will provide you correct working file within 72 working Hours.
There may be difference between “Model Image” and “Rendered Image”. In that case design you download will be same as model image. Rendered images are only for illustration purpose.

Refund policy –

If we are unable to provide the model file same as “Model Image”. Refund will be initiated. Refund can only be initiated if design is not as per shown “Model Image”. Rendered images are for illustration purpose only.
Since Product is copy able there is no Return/Refund is accepted if correct files are supplied.

In case Correct Design is Delivered and You Have No Use Of it. –

In this situation Return or Refund will not be provided because the Product is copy able. Please Use Your Discretion Before making any purchase, there is no Return/Refund is accepted if correct files are supplied.

Exchange Policy –

There will not be any exchange provided. If you want another design instead of purchased design. This kind of exchange is not possible Due to product is copy able.
